Congé, the creative brain behind Plein Publiek, DIVE, WOOM and more immersive experiences and events, is looking for a data-driven marketer who trusts their gut but builds on insight.
At Congé, we connect culture, events, hospitality and placemaking with sharp storytelling and creative communication, and it needs to perform.
What youâll do:
As a Performance Marketer, you operate at the crossroads of strategy, execution and analysis.
Youâll be the driver of our digital customer journey, managing it end-to-end. From first touchpoint to conversion and retention.
Youâll work closely with a passionate team of designers, content creators and project leads to build campaigns that donât just stand out, they convert.

Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign results and translate data into actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards: report on campaign performance, conversions and ROI
- Manage segmentation, retargeting and marketing automation / lead nurturing flows
- Handle GEO-targeting and audience segmentation per city, region or venue
- Set up A/B tests for copy, visuals and formats
- Manage paid online advertising
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing assets
- Identify trends, behaviors and opportunities to improve campaign performance
Must have
- You think in funnels, flows and data but you also understand the power of brand and emotion
- Min 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, email marketing tools TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Working Knowledge of Marketing Automation & Crm tools
- Structured, independent and result-oriented
- Affinity with culture, events, nightlife or hospitality
Nice to have
- A good eye for visual formats and creative testings
- Curiosity to explore new channels and campaign formats
- Ability to translate data into stories (even for non marketeers)Â
- Bonus: you're based in or around Brussels and bring a local puls and perspective.
