As Sous Chef, you live and breathe hospitality. You’re an ambitious culinary professional who brings passion, craftsmanship, and creativity to the kitchen every day. Together with our Head Chef and the team, you’ll deliver top-level dishes that leave a lasting impression.

Must Have
- You are a true foodie with at least 3 years of professional kitchen experience

A Day in the Life of a Sous -Chef
- You kick off the day by coordinating with the Head Chef and overseeing mise en place – making sure the kitchen is set for a smooth, high-volume service.
- You guide and motivate the kitchen team, combining clear communication with positivity to keep the workflow efficient and dynamic.
- You’re hands-on: preparing, plating, and perfecting dishes that reflect our vision for quality and creativity.
- You monitor kitchen standards as if it were your own: from hygiene and safety to consistency and presentation.
- You adapt to the flow of the day, supporting the Head Chef with planning, ordering, and cost control.
- During service, you lead by example: calm under pressure, detail-focused, and committed to excellence in every plate.
- Whether you’re supporting your team, coaching a junior cook, or jumping in on the line, your passion for food shines through.
At the end of the shift, you take pride in what the team has accomplished, knowing you’ve contributed to a kitchen culture built on teamwork, craftsmanship, and fun.
